No smoking in the building.
No weapons allowed in the building.
Meeting room technology and streaming equipment is provided at no additional cost. Guests shall keep the equipment clean and free from damage from food or drink.
No alcoholic beverages shall be served or consumed on the premises without express written permission of our staff.
Use is limited to the space or room rented as well as common and public areas. Guests agree not to use any other areas of the building that are not approved for use by our staff.
Subletting is strictly prohibited.
If tables and chairs have been rearranged, they must be returned to their original positions.
Please make sure the workspace is tidy and that all trash products are thrown away before checking out.
