EMBRACE Group
EMBRACE - Every Member Brings Radical Acceptance, Compassion, and Empowerment
An open group for ages 18-35 years old that provides a safe space for personal growth, community building, and an environment to discuss self-identity.
The group will be conducted over a span of 6 weeks covering topics such as setting familial boundaries, dating within your community, thriving in your true identity, and more.

Woman to Woman (W2W)
Woman to Woman (W2W) is a personal development support group created for women that self-identify as Black. This group provides an opportunity for participants to grow as an individual within a safe and supportive environment.
Participants will develop strategies to become the “best you” while connecting with others who want to do the same and with whom you may be able to relate.
The group will be conducted in a 3-part series format covering the topics: self-identity, self-esteem, and self-care.

Join us for 4 weeks of supportive conversation and fitness fun as we "talk and walk" and process a variety of topics and wellness concerns.
50 minutes; Comfortable walking attire recommended

Love Thy Self(ie)
An interpersonal support group for young women ages 12 - 17. Each girl in attendance will participate in an enriching, interactive, and fun support group experience where she will learn about developing her identity and loving and celebrating herself for who she is.

The Circle is an interpersonal and developmental group for athletes and former athletes that focuses on a variety of topics including relationships, injury, culture & identity, and mental performance.

XYZone is a male support group that discusses a variety of topics related to identifying as man in a "real talk" environment. These topics include relationship concerns, career paths, and cultural identity.
